I sincerely hope you've made some new years resolutions, and if you have well done and good luck in 2014. How ever if you haven't well you probably in about the same boat as everyone else. Let us be honest for once and admit that people who succeed to so seldom on the strength of their own talent and convictions. Most people who turely succeed, work hard, have a measure of dumb luck, were just born at the right time and perhaps 5% success has to do with innate talent. By all means make plans, perhaps stick to 5 years plans worth while endeavors take time and planning and buckets of work to bring to fruition. So if your 2013 felt much like 2012 and you suspect 2014 will probably be much the same. Do not despair. Its actually O.K to be average, however if your not and your extraordinary (Like everyone else these days) - Good luck with 2014.
