When your colleague asks why you haven't done X piece of work and you completely freak out at the poor man.
Because there is so much work, to do. And it never seems to end and you desperately need a break, where you don't have to work. So. No I haven't done that F....ing report. If one more person asked me to do anything, bare on mind I also have responsibilities at home and to my extended family which is melting down presently. No! No! No! I need a nap.
