Car Repair estimate R15 000, car value R25 000......

I went to city council last week only to discover they still had not made a copy of the approved plans they had lost 3 months ago. There was a sign up that read ' you will be experiencing UNUSUALLY diminished service this month because 'IT IS HERE'. This is what I was thinking of doing while smiling sweetly and asking for them to please FIND my plans.
